COVID-19 Update


Hello,

Just a little update regarding COVID-19. We have made some changes to our store in order to protect both our customers and staff. We hope you are all staying safe and remaining paw-sitive during this challenging time. 

We will no longer be allowing local collections in order to comply with the government's social distancing advice. All staff are wearing Protective Personal Equipment (PPE) whilst handling and packaging your orders, to protect both you the customers but also our postal workers who are continuing to work during this pandemic. All incoming returns are decontaminated before being accepted for redistribution. 

We have limited our dispatching days to reduce contact with members of the public. If you would like to track your parcel please select this option during checkout, this is the only way to determine where your parcel is. We ask that before placing an order you measure your dog correctly. Our sizing guide can be found here but also on each product page. Please allow additional time for your parcel to reach you due to delays experienced by Royal Mail. More details can be found here - https://www.royalmail.com/coronavirus 

If you are ordering an item from our Hoomans Collections, please be advised that due to COVID-19 our suppliers are experiencing delays. Production is expected to begin 15-20 business days after placing an order. Please allow additional time for these products as they are made to order. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched directly from our suppliers. All products from this collection are sent directly to you! 

We now have the option for you to purchase gift cards, this is a fantastic way to support us through the pandemic. We are only a small business and operate more as a hobby, a large proportion of our profits are donated to charities or used to create new designs for us all to enjoy.
