Washing should not be necessary very often, but if you've gone on a particularly muddy walk, hand wash only. You may use a gentle soap if needed and leave it to air dry. Avoid salt water as this will discolour the rope. 

Please note that this lead is not recommended for dogs that excessively pull. Always ensure you inspect your lead for signs of wear and tear and ensure the metal rings are closed.

Free UK delivery on all orders. Please allow 14 working days from the date of fulfillment status before querying a delivery. Delivery times do not include Sundays and public holidays.

ID tags are sent directly by our suppliers - tracking is not available for these items.

International orders will be shipped using Royal Mail International Standard.

International orders will be dispatched following the same rules as domestic orders, delivery times will vary depending upon the courier provider. Delivery times do not include weekends, public holidays, or customs delays.
