To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

WE DO NOT OFFER AN EXCHANGE SERVICE. If you need an alternative size, you will need to place a new order. 

 

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

  • Package your unworn items and include the packaging slip inside, if you don't have a packing slip please make a note of your order number and contact details and place this inside with your return. 

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Unworn and free of pet hair

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged unless returning as faulty

Free gifts or promotional items included as part of your order must be returned, or they will be deducted from your refund. Different terms and conditions apply to international orders, however this portal can be used by all customers.

Please be aware that sale and discounted items can be returned, however a customer will be provided with a store voucher/credit note for their refunded amount. This can be redeemed against a replacement order or future purchase. Original postage fees will not be refunded.

Are there any charges for return?

  • You are responsible for all return postage fees.

  • You may use your own postage method to ship your return. Alternatively, a Collect+ shipping label will be provided. If used, £5.28 will be deducted from your refund amount. The cheapest way to return you items to us is to reuse the original packaging and ship with Royal Mail. 

  • If faulty, please use the Collect+ label for free return shipping. 

  • Original postage fees will not be refunded. 

 

How soon will I get my refund/credit note?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied using the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

  • Store vouchers for sale or discounted items will be issued within 10 working days.
