To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • Package your unworn items and include the packaging slip inside, if you don't have a packing slip please make a note of your order number and contact details and place this insde with your return. 


What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Unworn and free of pet hair
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged unless returning as faulty

Free gifts or promotional items included as part of your order must be returned, or they will be deducted from your refund. Different terms and conditions apply to international orders, however this portal can be used by all customers.

Please be aware that unwanted, sale and discounted items can be returned, a customer will be provided with a store voucher/credit note for their total refunded amount. This can be redeemed against a replacement order or future purchase. Store vouchers will be valid for one year from date of issue.

Are there any charges for return?

  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • You may use your own postage method to ship the return. Alternatively, a Collect+ shipping label will be provided. If used, the cost will be deducted from your refund amount. 
  • If faulty, please use the Collect+ label for free return shipping. 


How soon will I get my refund/credit note?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied using the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
  • Store vouchers for unwanted, sale or discounted items will be issued within 10 working days and will expire 1 year from date of issue.
