Return portal is not accessible

The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

Exchanges will be subject to an additional postage charge, unless your return is deemded faulty. Sale/Stock Clearance Items are final and as such are non-refundable unless faulty.

 

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click 'Start'

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange

  • You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

  • Package your unworn items and include the original packaging slip inside. If you don't have a packing slip please make a note of your order number and contact details and return this with your items.

How do I exchange?

  • Please include a note of which item you wish to exchange for and the size you require.

  • Once we receive your return, we will email you an invoice for the additional postage to be paid.

  • If the requested item is unavaliable, we will have to process your return via our normal returns process.

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • Items must be in their original condition

  • Unworn and free of pet hair

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged - unless returning as faulty

 

Are there any charges for returns?

  • You are responsible for all return postage fees.

  • If your return is deemed faulty, please use the Collect+ label for a free return shipping. 

  • Original postage fees will not be refunded. 

  • If requesting an exchange, you will need to pay an additional charge for postage for the new order.

 

How soon will I get my refund/credit note?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied using the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

  • Exhanges will be processed within 3 working days of us receiving your items.

 

Free gifts or promotional items included as part of your order must be returned, or they will be deducted from your refund. Different terms and conditions apply to international orders, however this portal can be used by all our customers.
