If you would like to see one of your designs made into a TopDog Harness, you can email us to find out more details.
Do you have any discount codes?
Join our pack by signing up to our mailing list to be the first to know about discount codes, sales and competitions. Only one discount code can be used per order, during a sale event no discount codes will be honoured. Any orders found not to follow this policy will be contacted directly via email. Our brand ambassadors have their own discount codes so make sure you follow them on Instagram;

Delivery & returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are happy to offer international shipping. International orders will be shipped using Royal Mail International Standard. All shipping costs and delivery estimates will be calculated for your specific address at checkout.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may be applied by the destination country.

When will I receive my item?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Our courier aims to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days and will attempt to make 3 deliveries.
Delivery to remote areas such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland may take longer, please allow additional time.
Please allow 7 working days, once the courier has collected your order, before querying a delivery.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to the courier's website, where you can follow your order's progress.
For some international orders, tracking may be limited. For UK delivery, if you choose standard shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class) then the tracking barcode will only show when the order has been delivered.
ID tags are sent directly by our suppliers - tracking is not available for these items.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear your order is delayed. Our courier aims to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days and will make one delivery attempt before leaving a calling card.
First, check the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email for the most recent updates from the courier.
If your order is significantly past its estimated delivery date, please contact us. Email our team at woof@topdogharnesses.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Can I return my item?
Yes, this is possible is some cases.
Package your unused item(s) and include the packaging slip inside, if you don't have a packing slip please make a note of your order number and contact details and place it inside the parcel.
Please review our refund policy for more information. Unwanted items due to ordering incorrect sizes will only be refunded in the form of a store credit note/voucher. This will only be valid for one year from date of issue.
I received an item as a gift, can I return it?
We don't accept returns for items purchased as a gift but we are happy to exchange it as long as the item is unopened, unworn and free of pet hair.
