Changes to TopDog - We're Moving!

Hello everyone,    We just wanted to update everyone with the ongoing changes at TopDog. We will be moving abroad. I've been offered a job on the island of St Helena, to help improve their ambulance service. You may have seen already that Alfie and George are also coming with me on this adventure!  Initially we thought that we'd have to sell TopDog as it seemed impossible to continue the brand whilst being 4074 miles away! Fortunately we have found a way to keep TopDog going for everyone to still enjoy!  This has mean that some changes will be need to ensure that TopDog can continue to operate at the current capacity.  All orders will still be dispatched from the UK. ...

Local Collection is now available

Hey, We hope everyone is well and keeping safe!   We're pleased to announce that we are now offering contact-free local collection. Collection from our address can be arranged at a time that suits you.This option will be shown to all local residents in the Colchester area. Collection is free, meaning you can save £3 compared to our standard postage fee. No discount code is required. Once you've made a purchase all you need to do is email us to arrange a suitable collection time. It's as easy as that!  We'll leave your parcel outside ready for your agreed time slot. For Klarna payments we'll need to see proof of email confirmation. Delays to our Hoomans Collections

Please be advised that all items from our Hoomans Collections are delayed due to COVID-19. Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers. All items are made to order and therefore our suppliers are experiencing delays. COVID-19 Update

Hello, Just a little update regarding COVID-19. We have made some changes to our store in order to protect both our customers and staff. We hope you are all staying safe and remaining paw-sitive during this challenging time.  We will no longer be allowing local collections in order to comply with the government's social distancing advice. All staff are wearing Protective Personal Equipment (PPE) whilst handling and packaging your orders, to protect both you the customers but also our postal workers who are continuing to work during this pandemic.
